Hi, I’m Megan…
I’ve had trichotillomania (hair pulling) since I was nine years old. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs with hair pulling over the years. Most recently, I’ve been committed to getting my BFRBs under control.
It’s not easy, but I’ve become much more patient and accepting of myself. My blog is all about tips, tricks, and sharing resources for anyone with a BFRB or anyone that is interested.
